Ad Specs
Advertisements must be at least 300 dpi at the size that it is intended to be printed and submitted in EPS, JPEG, or TIFF format. All program guide pages (including ads) will be printed in black and white. Any advertising submitted that does not conform to the requirements will be enlarged or reduced at our discretion. (We cannot be responsible for quality of reproduction if ad size needs to be changed.) Rates include basic production work. A $15/hour correction fee will be charged for excess modification or corrections.
Full Page Ads (Full Bleed): The working area is 8" by 10.5" with a 0.5" margin on all sides - final 8.75" by 11.25".
Full Page Ads (No Bleed): The working area is 8" by 10.5". The entire image must be 8.5" by 11".
Half Page Ads: The working area is 8" by 5". The full image will be 8.5" by 5.5".
Quarter Page Ads: The working area is 3.75 by 5. The full image will be 4.25 by 5.5. These are landscape, please keep that in mind when designing.

To order an ad, please use our contact form. You must reserve an ad by August 1, 2008, and must have your artwork and payment submitted by August 29, 2008. Payments may be made by check or money order.
