Forum Updates

Forum features have been asked about. If you have any suggestions on wha to add or remove, please list them. I want to post the rules for the forum design contest, but I'd like to be able to add in what features/links must be in the layout so the artist can add any appropriate artwork.

Please use the following format to keep things organized, and please read through the other suggestions so we don't get too many repeats unless you are expanding on another idea.

1. Add: Idea; reason
