Charity Auction 2007

We will be having a charity auction again this year & I am hoping that we can do a such a smash up job raising money that we can donate to not just one, but 2 different charities.

The Make-A-Wish Foundation: "We grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy."

The Dream Foundation: "The first national organization granting dreams to terminally ill adults."

Everyone has dreams & wishes that they would like to have fulfilled. Help us grant a few people the joy & happiness of having a wish come true!

There will more information on the Charity Auction coming in a couple of weeks, and well as picture of some of the rare, popular, autographed, and unique items that are being donated for the auction. Many thanks to all of our friends who have help us help some many others!

Guidelines for the Silent Auction

Guidelines for the Silent Auction
The Rules:
Smiling All bids must be in increments of $5.00
Smiling Once you have bid on an item, you are responsible for that amount if you have the winning bid.
Smiling If an item receives more than three bids, it will go to the Live Auction on Sunday (time to be announced). The highest bid on the sheet will be increased by $5.00 and will serve as the opening bid at the Live Auction.
Smiling If an item does not sell at the Live Auction, the highest bidder at the Silent Auction will be responsible for the full amount.
Smiling Reserves: Some high ticket items may have a silent reserve, due to their rarity or value. These items will not be sold at either the Silent Auction or Live Auction if the reserve price is not met.
Smiling All bids for the Silent Auction end at the close of the Art Show on Saturday.
Smiling Pick-up for all items is on Sunday during the Live Auction. Please see staff to confirm if you have won.
