I've tenatively finished my volunteer assignments. I need to double check one little thing with one of the staffers (which I'll do today), then I'll email anyone who was selected as a volunteer.
As a follow up - I've emailed everyone I've chosen as a volunteer. There may yet be some small changes (i.e. due to bounced emails, peoples schedules changing, or other admin staffers requesting more than I've already assigned), but for the most part this is final. If anyone has already pre-registered (or registers and then need more and we email you) then we'll figure out a way to refund your registration fee (the logistics of that is out of my hands - but we'll get it done if need be).
Apologies to anyone who was turned down - we only have so many positions we need filled. We hope to still see you at Oni-Con 2005!

Also when is the day that the email is going to be sent? Just to be sure its not in the junk/spam pile, thank you.
I think this probably sounds like a stupid question but i felt i had to ask anyway. If you havent recieved an email yat does that mean your not on the volunteer list?
I got my email, now I am just waiting to see who I getta be a slave to while at the con x3, everyone love the tala slave. ^^;; Oh I love how in the info thing for volunteers off of the homepage you spell see with 3 e's.

That would lead me to believe that if you didn't get an email, you're not a volunteer.
