AniMix Con 2008!
AniMix is an organization specifically formed to promote and exhibit Anime and video game culture in the Bell county area. This is a three-day event that features lots of entertainment for individuals and families, plus the opportunity to learn more about both cultures. Our main goal is for everyone to have a good time and meet others who enjoy Anime and video games as much as they do.
AniMix 2008 convention will be held in Temple, Texas (Its in between Austin and Waco Texas). So far we have guests Tiffany Grant, Darrell Guilbeau, Chris Hazelton, The One Ups and still more to come. We have lots of free autograph signings, panels, game rooms, video screening rooms, contests, social events, classes and demonstrations. Registration is only $30 until December 31st 2007! You may register online or through the mail, but hurry now before the price goes up!

Hey Guys,
It's been confirmed as of today! AniMix Con will be held July 18-20, 2008 at the Plaza Hotel and Conference Center right across the street from the Killeen Mall. The hotel features lots of anemities like a pool, fitness center, and much more. If you get tired of the convention your hotel room is only steps away. And coolest of all the rooms are $69 dollars a night. Even though the rooms are cheap, I've seen that they are of great quality. The only thing is the more people you have in your room the more the price goes up. You may only have a total of four people in your room. With a total of four people, the rate of the room is $89 a night (not per person! for the room) There are a total of 148 rooms at the hotel, so get them now before you have to go to overflow which is a little ways away from the convention. You may register online for the convention and I will post more hotel information on the website soon. If you are registering now for a hotel room, don't forget to mention that you are registering for AniMix Convention 2008!

Central Texas (specifically Killeen, Texas) is holding their inaugural Anime and Video Game convention July 18-20, 2008 at the Plaza Hotel and Conference Center. Above all the typical things that conventions have, we will have AniMix's original Final Fantasy VIII ball featuring the Rinoa and Squall. Ballroom champions David and Tammy will perform Rinoa and Squall's Venetian Waltz during the ball. So, bring your best FF costumes and show off during the ball. Also we will have video game Tournaments, table top gaming, new anime screeners, video game demos and lots of workshops and panels.
