Ive been to other conventions where you were allowed to bring your own system and play in the game room with other people. Is this the way its going to work or are the systems and games supplied by the con?
There will be a BYOC (Bring Your Own Console) area setup. Where I will have a TV setup on a table however few rules
1. No paid/prize tournments or signup sheets aside from the ones sponsored or held by the convention
2. No modified/hack systems to play game copies or other illegal warez. Playing legit Japanese is ok
3. we may need to use the space for our sponosred tournements so we may ask someone to shutdown so we can use the tv for tornament play
4. you are responsible for secure and keeping an eye on your own equipment.
