Hotel Billing mishaps???

I'm wondering if anyone esle had similar issues or complaints with the hotel or its staff.

i had some trouble with the hotel on sunday morning when i was woke up by security knocking asking me to go down to the lobby.

first off they had charged my cc before i went to check out (obviously since security woke me up) and i must not have had room on it.

then i left my room but went back to grab something only to find they had deactivated the keys, luckily my roommate was still inside.

then i go to the lobby and this woman who has front desk supervisor on her badge began talking to me about how i owed over a $180 (close estimate) and the charge wasnt going through.

next they charged me for valet parking instead of self park which is what i had done. i hadnt moved my truck since i had arrived on friday. i had to argue with her for about 10-15 minutes that i had self parked. she then jumped the gun asking me if i knew anyone i could call for a cc to settle the amount, otherwise i would be locked out of the room unable to get my things or leave the garage, so now im a hostage... -_-;;

i had $60 in cash and after that was taken, my card went through.

however that was only part A. my girlfriend pointed out on the reciept that we had been charged twice for self park AND vallet park. so we got our gear together packed it in my truck, wrote down my liscencse plate number and the info from my parking tag. Then we had to confront the desk chick again for another 15-20 minutes because she would get what we explained to her mixed up constantly when she would repeat it back. she didnt know how to operate the register but everyone else seemed to be pros. We finally got the parking charges taken off and everything was settled.

it also bothered me because she had claimed we used the wifi after our pass had expired but no overage was shown on the bill, only what the wifi itself had costed.
her attitude was horrible she looked like she was one wave short of a shipwreck.

i hope no one else had to go through something like that but im curious to know if anyone had.
