Due to scheduling conflicts with the GRB & the Hotel,
we are holding Oni-Con on November 21-23 this year.
Still at the GRB & Hilton Americas.

Like it was explained , this is due to scheduling conflicts with the GRB & the Hotel, that don't have availablity for us tin the time we normally hold the covention.
They have another larger convention that is being held the last 2 weekends of October, and unfortunately for us that convention completely fills the GRB. From what I understand it is a National Quilters convention.
Okay when will pricing be up for this convention cuz I want to book my room soon so that I can be sure to have my B-day party on November 22 in the same hotel as the convention. I might book it now though cuz I got a good price 106.00 per night.

I'm going to have to agree with that statement as I was born on Veteran's Day.
Well, thankfully it is still going to happen this year. Was a little worried there for a while that it wasn't going to even happen, after all that happened last year. It gives everyone a little more time for scheduling, and saving up money. And of course once again I'm going to volunteer for security / events / whatever it's called this year.
so, is anything for sure yet? such as performances and contests, i mean. i was also wondering, is there a social-like thing, where we can meet up with people we meet on the forums? i'd love to help out with that :]
umm...i was checking out the grb's site...it says that...november 23...there's a...cheerleading[urgh.] competition....are you sure about oni-con's date? @.@
