Check badge names

Check badge names

I preregistered online and got the receipt and everything, but I had to wait a few days for badge names cause not everyone in my group had decided on one. So the other day I was sending my badge names online and kept getting an error message, now when I click on badges within my account, the page just says badges and theres nothing else, its blank, did the names go through?

it did that to me for a few

it did that to me for a few days too.
I dont know if you just have to wait a few days or maybe its locked down since pre-registration is over now :-/
but I would check back in a day or two and see if it lets you put the badge names in now. if not I guess they just give you blank badges maybe :-/

I was never given the option

I was never given the option to give my badge name. :/ Where on earth do we do this/see what's been set as the default name?

I just click on my account (top left panel) and after it loads the option "badges" appears right under it.
my badge page is still blank though. . .

This is only because I put the name in before the due date for pre-reg.

I didn't know I'd have to go

I didn't know I'd have to go to a completely seperate area to fill in my badge name. Was this specified in the email process somewhere?

If i remember correctly the

If i remember correctly the page should have just like... popped up right after you got through with pre-registering.
when you click done or okay or whatever it directs you to the badges page to fill in da blanks with badge names
if you havent done it already tho its too late i'm guessing and they'll probably give you a sharpie to write your name on site. thats just what i'm thinking

I got no such popup. >:| It didn't even confirm as a purchased ticket until I talked to someone about it. I just assumed they'd use our registered names. I think this is the most trouble I've ever had registering for a con.

I just used the contact form to send info to the Registration staff that my registration messed up so I didn't get to put in my badge name, and gave them the name I want on the badge. Hopefully that'll fix it.

Because I'm mildly OCD about all my badges being typed and matching. Because I'm really weird.

Yeah, the problem now is that my badge page tells me I have eleven badges with my full name on them. :blink: I'm going to send another message on the contact link.
