GUest Relations!!!! AKA: Liz's Lemmings...

Okay Anyone who wants to be on Guest relations staff listen up!!!

I am only accepting staff that are available to work the whole weekend.. I will need about 10-15 people to be my volunteers.
As a guests relations volunteer, you will be working with the guest to help them find their way to the different panel, make sure they have markers and pens for autograph session, bring them food & drinks as needed, if needed watching a guests table in art alley/dealers room, & watching the guest relations room (keeping it clean, etc...)
once accepted to my team, i will need to know if there any special panels you are interested in seeing.. that way i can scheduled breaks accordingly...
I am the Head mistress of the Guests relations, and Ginny Diep is my 2nd in charge (the Greenroom Mistress), if there are any problems you will need to let one of us know.

The Guest relations room is off limits everyone, except for: Oni-Con Staff heads, Guests & their guests, and guests relations volunteers. No other people should be in there unless they were brought in by one of the accepted people. Food & Drink are for guests & their guests...

If you want to cosplay/crossplay that is fine.. We welcome all cosplaying/crossplay volunteers.. Just remember be tasteful when you are working, leave the other costumes for the cosplay contest...

and for sunday when can guest relation ppl go home?

I already submitted my form but i just saw your post. I mean I can work around my schedule to meet your time requirement.... So if you didn't accept me becuase of my time problems, I'll be happy to work around...

Out of curiosity has anyone heard from Liz yet about when and if they are going to be part of her team? With the con 1 week away I would assume we would be hearing from her soon.

Ok, I filled out the form for volunteer for about 3 weeks ago and I did not get any reply. And I was volunteer for guest relation. I want to at least find out if I even get in the volunteer list... I am going to get my pre-reg badge right now for the sake I do not want to pay extra when I know I am going for sure. If it turns out I am on the list then I hope I can get a refund on the badge...

I think the volunteers this year are supposed to buy badges, then get refunds afterwards anyway.

HUmm.. as of yet, unless you sent me a PM, I don't have any information on you. I have not recieved any forms from the volunteer department. Send me a PM with you information & I wil be happy to see about getting you on my staff..
