Echostream’s music is a dark and brooding film for your ears. Mixing electronica textures and guitar-driven riffs, the band works hard to occupy two worlds at once: angst and beauty. Fueled by Ryoko’s haunting voice, the destructive guitars and angry beats create a cacophony of sound that pushes ever onward. The overall result suspends you at one place in time: your most personal, tragic, memory.
Echostream has racked up a lot of credit around the eastern half of the nation. They have already played for thousands of people at several large conventions and festivals, including Katuscon (2008) and Oni-con (2005 & 2008), and have opened for Japanese touring acts such as Blood, Anti-Feminism/Hagakure, and Phantasmagoria.
Their music has been featured on national TV (Dirt, FX Channel), and on several international music compilations.
