Volunteer Signup

Please use the following form to volunteer for Oni-Con 2007. The minimum age requirement is at least 16 years, unless special permission has been granted by the head of that staff (parental permission may be required, or school groups may need a chaparone.) Security and video rooms may require volunteers to be at least 18.

Volunteers may be required to purchase a badge in advance which will be reimbursed after their shift is over unless prior arrangements have been made. Alternatively, volunteers may leave a valid form of ID (drivers license, state or military ID) with the staff head and receive a day pass after working their shift.

If you would like to help in another area please provide relevant information in description.
Please give a short description of any qualifications and how you would like to help out. Also add what days (Thurs, Fri, Sat, or Sun) and what times you will be available.
